A plain-English summary of how projects run, not the contract itself. The agreement you actually sign is the written proposal for your project, and it governs if the two ever differ.
Ownership
You own everything. The domain, hosting account, source code, content and analytics are registered in your name from the first day of the project. There is no licence, no lease, and no platform fee. If you leave, nothing is held back.
Scope and revisions
Every project starts with a written scope. Revision rounds are named in the proposal — one with Starter, two with Business Growth, project-specific on Custom. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts, never billed after.
Schedule
A launch date is agreed in writing before work begins. If it slips for reasons on my side, the remedy is stated in your proposal. If it slips because content or approvals are outstanding, the date moves by agreement.
What is guaranteed
Scope, price and launch date. Not search rankings, lead volume, or revenue — no honest supplier can promise those, and any who do are describing something other than what they will deliver.
Payment
Every project is quoted after a conversation, and the price, the payment schedule and any deposit are set out in the written proposal before work starts. There are no charges that are not in that document, and the free demo and the consultation are free with nothing attached to either.
