The standard
This site targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a target held to deliberately, not a badge — and every site I build for a client is held to the same one.
What that means here
- 01
Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- 02
Text meets 4.5:1 contrast, interface components 3:1. No information is carried by colour alone — selected states also change shape and weight.
- 03
The planner uses native form controls, announces each step to screen readers, and never re-asks a question you have already answered.
- 04
All motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion. Nothing animates that would obscure or delay content. - 05
Touch targets are at least 44×44 pixels, above the 24-pixel minimum.
Known gaps
This site has been checked for keyboard operation, heading structure, form labelling, colour contrast and reduced-motion support. It has not yet been tested end to end with every screen reader — NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack. As that testing happens, anything found and not yet fixed will be listed here honestly rather than this section being removed.
Found a barrier?
Email jpsilva0418@gmail.com and describe what happened and what you were using. I will reply within one business day and tell you when it will be fixed.
